Refund Policy

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all digital products and services operated and sold by VelionTec via shop.veliontec.com and related product pages.

2. Digital Products

All products offered by VelionTec are digital in nature. Access to digital content or software is generally provided immediately after successful payment unless stated otherwise.

3. Digital Delivery

All products are provided exclusively in digital form.

Access to digital content may occur through:

• provision of a license code
• activation access
• digital download
• device-bound software configuration

Delivery is considered completed once access to the digital content has been provided.

Digital content is considered delivered from that moment onward.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

For digital products, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if access to digital content begins with the explicit consent of the customer.

By initiating the provision of digital content, the customer expressly agrees that the performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires.

Once the provision begins, the right of withdrawal may expire.

5. Goodwill Refunds

VelionTec may review refund requests in certain cases, particularly if:

• technical access to the product was demonstrably not possible
• a duplicate payment occurred
• a clear billing error is present

In principle, there is no entitlement to a refund once access to digital content has been provided.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through external payment service providers.

Depending on the selected payment method, payment processing may be handled by:

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
or
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie S.C.A.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and must contain sufficient information to identify the transaction.

8. Prevention of Misuse

In cases of suspected misuse, improper use of the service, or violation of the terms and conditions, VelionTec reserves the right to reject refund requests.

9. Technical Notice

Digital products provided by VelionTec represent technical software configurations.

Once digital access has been provided, returns are generally not possible because digital content cannot be physically returned.
