1. Company Information

VelionTec EOOD (“VelionTec”, “we”) operates digital platforms for the provision of licensed software, configurations and digital content.

All products and services are provided exclusively in digital form.

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users who purchase or use digital products or services via platforms operated by VelionTec, in particular via shop.veliontec.com and related product pages.

By using the services provided, the user agrees to these terms.

3. Digital Products

VelionTec provides access to digital software solutions, licensing systems, configuration files and digital content.

All products are delivered exclusively in digital form.

Product descriptions are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute a binding guarantee of specific features or characteristics.

4. License-Based Provision

VelionTec provides digital products on a licensing basis.

All intellectual property rights remain with the respective rights holders.

In particular:

• The software technology TeslaKeys is the property of TeslaKeys Trading Ltd. (Northern Cyprus)
• Additional products or content may be owned by QiLogix Trading Ltd. (Northern Cyprus)

VelionTec operates and distributes these products under appropriate licensing agreements.

4a. Platform Role of VelionTec

VelionTec operates the digital platform through which licensed software, configurations and digital content are distributed.

VelionTec acts as the contractual partner for the digital distribution of these products.

VelionTec is not the developer, manufacturer or technical producer of the underlying software technologies or hardware devices.

The development and ownership of the respective technologies remain with the respective rights holders.

5. Order and Payment

Upon completion of the purchase process, a contractual relationship is established between the user and VelionTec.

Payments are processed via external payment service providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

VelionTec remains the contractual partner and provider of the digital products.

6. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital products are provided after successful payment.

Delivery typically occurs immediately via:

• download
• activation code
• license key
• digital activation

The exact delivery method may vary depending on the product.

6a. Nature of Digital Services

The products offered through VelionTec platforms are exclusively digital services.

No physical goods are delivered.

Provision takes place solely through digital content, configuration data, activation codes, license keys or digital access.

Once digital access has been successfully provided, the service is considered fulfilled.

7. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

For digital content, VelionTec may begin providing the service immediately after the contract has been concluded.

By completing the purchase, the user expressly agrees that VelionTec may begin providing digital content before the expiration of any applicable withdrawal period.

The user acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once the delivery of digital content has begun, where permitted by applicable law.

8. Access Data and License Keys

Access credentials, license codes or activation keys must be kept confidential.

The distribution, publication or commercial resale of such access credentials is not permitted.

The user is responsible for the secure storage of their access credentials.

VelionTec assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper disclosure or misuse of access data.

9. Misuse and Suspension

VelionTec reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to digital products if there are concrete indications of misuse.

Misuse includes in particular:

• sharing or selling license keys
• manipulation of activation mechanisms
• automated mass usage
• usage contrary to the intended technical parameters of the software

Access restrictions will only be implemented where necessary to protect the platform, the software or other users.

10. Technical Requirements

Certain digital products may require specific technical conditions, including compatible hardware, software or interfaces.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the necessary technical requirements are met before using the purchased digital products.

VelionTec does not guarantee functionality on unsupported or incompatible systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VelionTec shall not be liable for indirect damages or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data loss or business interruption.

Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

12. Changes to the Platform

VelionTec reserves the right to further develop, modify or adapt digital services, platform functions or technical systems where necessary for technical, security-related or organizational reasons.

No claim arises for the retention of specific features or technical characteristics.

13. Language

These terms and conditions are provided in the German language.
The German version shall be legally binding.
Translations into other languages are provided for informational purposes only.
In the event of any discrepancies between language versions, the German version shall prevail.

14. Applicable Law

The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

The place of jurisdiction is Bulgaria unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
